Here is the process step by step: 1.) You fill out the application form (linked on this page) 2.) I will be in contact with the applicants within 1 week 3.) Chosen applicants will get an acceptance email and instructions on how to pay your $500 deposit along with the attendee contract. 4.) In situations where chosen attendees are unable to attend this event after receiving their email we will be reaching back out to other applicants. 5.) Keep in mind that if you receive a "not accepted" email that doesn't mean all hope is lost. In instances where chosen attendees cannot fulfill their payments or traveling requirements, we will be reaching back out to applicants with similar goals.
